Please bring outfits for the three main events - you can find the dress codes on the schedule page.
Most events will take place outside on different surfaces (grass, gravel, stones) so we recommend leaving the stilettos at home.
We also recommend bringing comfortable, casual clothing for leisure time.
Many of the accommodation barns and cottages on the estate have hot tubs so pack your swimming costumes!
There will be simple toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, vanity kits, soap) in all accommodation bathrooms.
All accommodation at Kingston Estate has hairdryers, irons and ironing boards but if you need anything specific please bring this with you.

We love all the children in our life. However, this weekend hasn’t been designed to be child-friendly.
We completely understand that some guests will need to bring children with them. If this is the case, please get in touch with us so we can discuss arrangements and ensure parents can make the most of the celebrations!
Kids are welcome to join our Saturday drinks reception and the Sunday party (which will have loud music), but not the Saturday ceremony. Separate meals will also need to be arranged.
-
We kindly ask that you put your phones away and don’t take photos of the ceremony. We’ll share the professional photos with you all afterwards.
Please take lots of photos of the rest of the weekend!

We’ll be providing meals and drinks throughout each day. The schedule page shows timings for breakfast, lunch, and the main events.
All the Kingston Estate accommodation has kitchenettes (with tea, coffee, sugar, kettles, and cafetières) and you are welcome to bring snacks and drinks for your accommodation should you wish.

That’s very kind of you to ask but your attendance, and energy, is all we ask for.

You can contact us at rsvp@sauveurstudios.com (en anglais ou français) if we haven’t answered all your questions.
A phone number will be provided closer to the wedding date which you can use to contact the Planning Team at any time during the weekend.
